I want to avoid ip=dhcp, if possible, to reduce the dhcp server's
load, And also, a monolithic kernel is preferred than a kernel with
initrd, because which needs larger transferred data.

This pxeboot is used for fresh system installation to more than five
handreds nodes simultaniously, which takes only few minutes. All
addresses are fixed, and the life-time of the addresses are less than
half an hour, dhcp with ipappend won't make trouble, I hope.
