[syslinux] timeout: retrying... with atftpd and pxelinux

Well, isn't this interesting. I googled for any old messages I might have
posted about this when I got things working the first time. Sure enough there
was a post about setting ip_no_pmtu_disc so I did that and it still didn't
work. So I added --no-blksize to the atftpd params and still couldn't get it
to work.

On a whim, I decided to go back to tftpd-hpa and the thing booted faster than
I could see it!

Not sure why atftpd didn't work but I'm not going to worry about it.
