It looks to me that the PXE stack doesn't properly reinitialize the 
network card after it has been initialized by an operating system driver 
(presumably the Linux driver, I would guess.)

This would presumably be an error in NSC's code, specificially in the 
NDIS2 driver embedded inside the PXE stack.
