[syslinux] Announce: Universal network boot floppy/cd/hd 5.4.0 released

I forgot to add that the package Paolo made is based on etherboot and 
probably does not support pcmcia cards - only PCI and ISA cards.  If you 
want to be sure - check out this link: http://www.etherboot.org/db/    
for a compatibility list.
