No, it's not possible, for the simple reason that the memory MEMDISK 
needs isn't available in real mode.  Blame Intel; if the limits in real 
mode had been 2^32 instead of 2^16 when they introduced the i386, it 
would have been fine.

You may want to try the "raw" option, though.
