[syslinux] 10-pre19 ok on pxelinux, w menu32

Im unclear what you mean.  For me, in pre19,
 Ctrl-n,p jump a full screen, more or less
(Ive got a 1.5 pages of menu-items
1st ctrl-n jumps to 4th from last, 2nd jumps to last,
then 1st ctrl-p jumps to 4th (from 1st), 2nd jumps to 1st)

arrow keys work unreliably - 1st one moves from a, to b, 2nd doesnt do 
anything.
several in a row seem to get 'coudnt find boot target' (or whatever)
and give me a 'boot:' prompt at the bottom.

perhaps this is a local/picocom thing, and its no showstopper.
(its been true for as many releases as I can remember)
