[syslinux] isolinux 3.10-pre20 doesn't work at all

I've got the same behavior with pre20 and pre19 on all of my hardware.

(well, I'm assuming all.  3 real boxes and vmware.  With
isolinux-debug.bin it stops after announcing the Root directory's LBA as
0x0000001D )
