[syslinux] I want to use a ram disk as / after network booting.

This is completely probabble, but you should ask may be on LTSP mailing list, 
since syslinux allways allow to use a ramdisk as rootfs (syslinux is only the 
bootloader) and this is OFF TOPIC.
