[syslinux] Using CD to boot memdisk images?

what's MKISO v1.4 ?

I only know MKISOFS, a commandline tool and back-end for K3b for example.
This piece of software is at version 2.01

I'm using Isolinux/Memdisk to boot a FreeDOS image, and then access cdrom through DOS cdromdrivers ELTORITO.SYS (www.nu2.nu) and SHSUCDX
