Actually you don't; a com32 program is perfectly capable of loading 
everything needed.  Some of the higher-level convenience functions I 
haven't released yet, because of lack of time; I have it working "in the 
lab" though.

One of the main goals for me is to support dynamic creation of 
initramfs, but the above is a side benefit.

I really, REALLY do not want to add more stuff into the assembly code.
