[syslinux] ethersel.c32 issues

I have not.  At this point it seems very unlikely that I'll be able to 
spend a single minute of time on syslinux until August at the earliest. 
  In fact, I'm seriously starting to think I need a co-maintainer. 
Anyone interested?
