 From looking at it a little more, I think this is related to when the 
font the browser uses is slightly taller than the script expects.  So it 
probably works great if you have exactly the version of the font 
(Arial?) that Windows users would have, otherwise you get the scroll 
effect.  Overall, it's not a big deal.
