[syslinux] Ontimeout in current menu seems to not work for me

Actually in your situation, you can just drop ONTIMEOUT, since it's the
same as your MENU DEFAULT.

First of all, I'm sorry for my outburst; I'm just a bit burned out at
the moment in case that wasn't obvious... anyway, it'd be an easy fix,
but I need a break from syslinux for a while to make some forward
progress on klibc.
