It's actually unclear from your report if it is a bug in PXELINUX; it 
could just as easily be a bug in your particular PXE stack 
implementation.  If you want a bug report which can realistically be 
acted upon, we'd need to know:

- Motherboard, BIOS, network card and PXE ROM model and version;
- If this is a regression, which version and preferrably which 
prerelease broke your particular system.

Without that, I don't think there is much I can do for you.
