[syslinux] problem with isolinux 3.10 & 3.11

I suspect the problem here is UltraISO.  For example, if you copy 
isolinux.bin from other media so it has a boot-info-table which is 
wrong, then the guessing code won't be activated.  It's also entirely 
possible that the guessing code just get things wrong under certain 
circumstances.
