[syslinux] pxelinux don't uncompress kernel and initrd

The fact that it prints "Ready" indicates that the problem is in the 
transition from pxelinux to the kernel.  One possibility is that it has 
problems shutting down the PXE stack.  Try putting "keeppxe" on the 
kernel command line.
