[syslinux] using pxelinux for booting of a any local disk

I wanted to use pxelinux to boot windows or Linux that has been 
installed on any local disk partition.
(ie node is set to pxe, but the pxe reply is to get it to boot from one 
of the OSs that was pre-installed on the node) .


I assume that I have to use chain.c32

Since pxelinux is based on syslinux which does not boot from ext2 disks, 
is there a way to boot Linux from a specified local disk?
