[syslinux] How do I start?

Hy ,I am a "new" linux user ,and I install many operating systems ,my goal is 
to make a universal system CD ,that has both a linux and a windows system 
installed.I have downloaded syslinux and I have a live windows and a live 
puppy linux in ISO CD images ,I want to make a boot CD ,that has a menu ,in 
wich i can select the system that I want to use during boot ,how do I do 
this ?
