[syslinux] pxelinux/mboot confused about e820 memory maps on HP Proliant BIOS's

Tim pointed me at a copy of the latest 3.20-pre9 release
of syslinux.  Both the mboot issue and the compile issue are
fixed in that release.

So ... never mind and thanx for the help.
