Hello Nicholas,

I did recieve your private message ( the above )
and so I also did recieve your "thank you"

For your information: It was a slap in the face!

I'm insulted by the reply above the text.

Because I prefer to get even above getting mad,
I'm gonna insult you:

  Hello Nicholas,

You low live form. You blind non thinking pile.

Open your eyes and realize that text should be read in the
chronological order. And surely in mailinglist where there
is an archive that does get read by people who shouldn't
be re-ording the mess you helped creating.

  You arrogant top poster!

Cheers
Geert Stappers

I don't get mad or even. If I have an issue with someone, I tend to talk to them before I get angry.

First, my problems are on the edge of accepted use of most products. I'm working in an aria that the average user will never see. Who in there right mind is going to boot off of a cdrom to a cf flash and then back to the hard drive :) The people working on this project have a lot of vision.

As for reordering my emails, I this is my mistake. I have only needed to post to lists since I moved to the country. I will make sure to post at the bottom. Thank you for pointing out my error.

As for the last part of my email. After you understand what is going on, it is clear syslinux, ntloader...ect, all fall into this section; and 99% of all users will use it in just this way. I like the "Lable cement" :)

(from extlinux web page, http://syslinux.zytor.com/extlinux.php)
# Windows CE/ME/NT, a very dense operating system.
# Second partition (2) on the first hard disk (hd0);
# Linux would *typically* call this /dev/hda2 or /dev/sda2.
LABEL cement
    KERNEL chain.c32
    APPEND hd0 2

isolinux uses the command localboot 0x80 to boot from the first hard drive.
syslinux returns an error. It might be helpful if syslinux returned an error
'localboot not supported use "KERNEL chain.c32"'

I'm a pile, yes. I ask for help and I use the work of thousands of people
everyday to make a living. Thank you all. I only wish that the thing I do
would have an impact outside my little world. I will try to keep true to the
promise and contribute somethings of value, but until then I will remain a pile.

To the people working on syslinux and to the people who have replied to my posts,
I'm sorry if I offended you. I will try to do better in the future.
