[syslinux] Problem with mixing regular kernels and 2.6.19 git kernels.

I have a boot cd with multiple kernels to support various hardware, and was 
recently adding the latest 2.6.19 git kernels. When I started with the git 
kernels, it would boot, but could not mount the / root file system  since the 
block size was only 1024, and needed 4096. I found that changing the 
mke2fs  command with the -b 4096 option made this work, but now find that 
the other kernels 2.6.18.x and below don't load with this block size. The 
kernel boots, but can not mount / root. Just wondering if others have seen 
this. I'm not sure if this is a change in the 2.6.19  kernels, or is something in 
the script that I am using to build the ISO image.
