[syslinux] SYSLINUX 3.30-pre1 with pxelinux ?

SYSLINUX 3.30-pre1 is very cool!
Is that possible we can use SYSLINUX 3.30-pre1 in pxelinux ?
I just tested that, put the configuration file as:

default vesamenu.c32
timeout 70
prompt 0
noescape 1
MENU BACKGROUND sample.png
...
label sample
  MENU DEFAULT
  # MENU HIDE
  MENU LABEL pxe-client
  # MENU PASSWD
  kernel vmlinuz-pxe
  append initrd=initrd-pxe.img ramdisk_size=12288
...
----------------------
But apprantly, the sample.png won't exist in client. How can I pass that
so the client can download that ? Or maybe somewhere I did not put it
right ?
