[syslinux] isolinux and multiple serial consoles

When iSteve talks about "serial consoles" it might be worthwhile to find 
out what he actually means about that.  If what you're looking for is to 
be able to log in, then that's not a "console" in either syslinux or 
Linux terminology; instead you want to set up a getty process in 
/etc/inittab.
