I am pretty blind to this area: is it possible to flash the Intel Card?
On my card there is no place to plug in the EPROM, however the boot chip
seems to be directly made on it (might be the chip marked with
"AT49BV512 2JC 9905"). I downloaded a tool from Intel that is a 16-bit
MS DOS executable that is supposed to upgrade flash of Intel Boot Agent,
that utility reports my card don't have an EPROM/EEPROM on it. I'd like
to try etherboot or ctflasher anyway.

However I managed to solve the problem by using a special way not
mentioned by the original article: I installed TFTP service on the same
server that does DHCP, and oops the machine boots.

I don't know why. It seems the Intel Boot Agent get the TFTP server
address correctly ("DHCP IP 10.0.0.32") but still insist on asking
10.0.0.1 for the boot files.
