[syslinux] SYSLINUX 3.31-pre2 released

Hello,

I have pushed out SYSLINUX 3.31-pre2.  The difference versus the
previous release is that the color table interface is now used to
control the shadowing mode, so MENU COLOR can set the shadowing mode.
