[syslinux] FW: BpPatch on PXELinux

I tried using 3COM BpPatch.exe over a DOS floppy image loaded by memdisk and keeppxe. It gives the following error:
 
This program must be run from within a TCP/IP boot image file.

In MBA Utilities there are two usefull utilites name PBOOT.exe and BPPATCH.exe which helps booting to local in a DOS floppy image and also patching a text file (like a batch file) by different DHCP options (like ip, server, boot filename) and ....
 
They are not working under MemDisk although I have specified keeppxe. Do you know any solution?
