[syslinux] NTFS support?

As far as I understand NTFS, it would be possible, but likely a lot of 
work.  However, NTFS is apparently not all that hard to parse in 
read-only mode.

I have a project to restructure syslinux so the filesystem code is 
written in C; that would make this a lot easier.  However, that's a big 
project in its own right.

I just started working for a new employer, rPath, Inc. 
(http://www.rpath.com/) and they're a lot more supportive of my upstream 
work in general and of syslinux in particular, so I might actually be 
able to make forward progress on this.
