[syslinux] eth1 with syslinux?

I'm sorry if I'm completely misunderstanding what you are asking here,
but, I think what you want is PXElinux, who's job is to work through
the network rather than being focused on a particular filesystem (like
syslinux/extlinux/isolinux each are.)
