Yes, this has been reported.  Unfortunately none of the Marvell cards I 
have exhibits this problem, which makes it very hard for me to debug.

It's apparently known that this is a Marvell PXE stack bug, but it's 
very hard to know if it can be worked around without a live specimen 
in-house.
