[syslinux] tftp-hpa-0.48 released

Hi guys,

Adrian Urquhart spotted (and debugged, thanks!) that tftp-hpa-0.47 was 
broken when using "-l -s".  I have pushed out tftp-hpa-0.48 with this fix.
