[syslinux] Is there a howto for using redboot to kickoff apxelinux boot?

The thing is, PXE depends on BIOS, and redboot is usually not used with
a standard BIOS.  This could make this a very difficult (as in
"functionally impossible".)

NOW, if BIOS functionality *is* provided, then Etherboot probably should
help.

True, but that Etherboot must export PXE functionality, which is a
compile-time option in Etherboot (and requires an underlying BIOS.)
