[syslinux] PXE + authentication ?

Hi all,

at the moment, i am using TFTPD32 together with Syslinux,
on a Windows platform.
Works like a charm.

I would like to have some form of authentication, to prevent
people not working in IT connecting...
NT authentication would be great ; but a simple password
would do.

Does anyone have experience with this ?

and neither can TFTPD32.

I understand it might be possible to use the LILO/GRUB bootmanager
to handle authentication, and after that load the pxelinux.0 ?
