[syslinux] Syslinux fails with floppy emulation

That's total nuts.  Much more likely is that your El Torito BIOS detects 
as having EBIOS, but the EBIOS of course doesn't behave as it should on 
a floppy or hard disk.

I'll put this on my list of things to look at.  Can't promise it's 
anywhere near the top, though.
