[syslinux] IPAPPEND rewrite kernel argument list question

Thanks for this fast answer .

I already tested without "=" but same behavior .
I thinks IPAPPEND work but append the BOOTIF at the end of the APPEND 
line , in consequence mboot may cut this with separator --- , and the 
BOOTIF will never be given to the kernel argument

Let mw know if you think to fix that soon or not
