[syslinux] alternate tftp server

peter,
confirmed.  i just ran a test and the tftp of startrom.0 works  
perfectly.  however the subsequent tftp by startrom fails.  is this as  
simple as writing back [trackbuf+bootp.sip] at the appropriate spot  
(which i haven't found yet)?  this would be really great if i can get  
it working.
