It's not that easy, unfortunately.  Switching the filesystem view 
underneath the configuration file causes a bunch of chicken-and-egg 
problems, which is why it hasn't been implemented yet.

It's not anything unsolvable, but is "just a matter of programming".

For now, you probably need to preprocess the configuration files you're 
using.
