You haven't provided any output or exact error message, which makes it more 
difficult to tell what is going on.  However...


 Hierarchy of CD is:
> /boot/bzImage
> /boot/isolinux.bin
> /boot/isolinux.cfg

This is your problem.  /boot is not one of the places isolinux looks for 
its configuration.  These files must live in one of the following locations:

/boot/isolinux/
/isolinux/
/
