This made me go test chain.c32, however it doesn't get past "Cannot
read Master Boot Record" on my laptop. I then tried patching it to
skip trying to read the MBR, which seems to get ntldr/setupldr.bin to
load, but that fails with "SETUPLDR: Couldn't open drive
multi(0)disk(0)fdisk(0)". However, if I boot the boot sector instead,
it works fine.

On a somewhat related note: any idea why Windows would claim that
volume formatted (to FAT32) in Linux is of type RAW (which prevents
chkdsk from checking it, and it also prevented BartPE from booting -
even though Windows was able to work with the files on the volume),
but everything works when the volume is formatted from Windows? The
volume appears as RAW when formatted both with mkdiskimage, and with
mkfs.vfat.
