RFC1533 is obsoleted by RFC2132; see the index (rfc-index.txt or, on the 
faqs.org page, click on "Complete Index" in the upper right corner).

Those options are defined in RFC2132 sections 9.4 and 9.5, respectively.

Note that while that document contains specifications for a large number of 
options, it is not and cannot be an exhaustive list.  For a list of all 
standardized DHCP options and pointers to their specifications, see the 
IANA registry at <http://www.iana.org/assignments/bootp-dhcp-parameters>.
