[syslinux] ISOLinux, menu.c32 and PXE handoff?

That's the one.  I also put some code into the syslinux tree to build 
one from gPXE, but it's a little too big (3.5 MB) to put in binary form 
in the Syslinux distribution.  I made a branch in the git tree called 
"gpxeiso" for it.
