I presume you used isolinux.bin (from 3.72-preX, not an older version)
and not isolinux-debug.bin?  (The hybrid support code doesn't fit in the

Following is the procedure adopted by me,

(1)created a Folder "c:\mybootcd" which contains the following directories
and files>
Acronics
bcdw
chkdskg
cmdcboot
diskimages
floppyimages
ghost
grub
insert
pqpm
ranish

bcdwboot.bin
bcdwboot.ima
cygwin1.dll
mkisofs.exe

then from MS-DOS promt I got,

C:\MyBootCD>mkisofs -relaxed-filenames -d -D -J -b
bcdwboot.bin -no-emul-boot -b
