I tested with xen 3.3.1 and 3.1.0 and both look good:

(XEN) Xen version 3.3.1_18494_03-1.8 (abuild@) (gcc version 4.3.2 [gcc-4_3-branch revision 141291] (SUSE Linux) ) Wed
Dec 3 12:22:37 UTC 2008
(XEN) Command line: palim palom noreboot acpi=off apic=debug console=vga,com1 com1=115200

Xen version 3.1.0_15042-51 (abuild at suse.de) (gcc version 4.2.1 (SUSE Linux)) Tue Sep 25 21:30:08 UTC 2007
(XEN) Command line: xen-dbg-3.1.0_15042-51.gz noreboot console=vga,com1 com1=115200
