To me it seems that the only file on the tfp server was pxelinux.0
At http://people.debian.org/~joeyh/d-i/images/daily/netboot/debian-installer/i386/
is a 'linux' that can be used as a 'vmlinuz'.
Then you will encounter other challenges,
but you are past pxelinux as bootloader.

Trying to say that 'Could not find kernel image : vmlinuz'
means 'There is no vmlinuz, provide it!'
