I do not have any IPtables rules defined:
# /sbin/iptables -L
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
I downloaded TFTP server from
http://www.kernel.org/pub/software/network/tftp/tftp-hpa-5.0.tar.gz
As suggested I'll try the setup with another machine but it'll take
some time to get the network setup done (I am doing a remote install
via SOL using IPMI) will update when I have the network in place.
