[syslinux] SYSLINUX 4.00-pre1 FAT32 Support

I think you asked if Syslinux 4.00-pre1 supports FAT32.

Could you please describe your difficulty in some more detail?  I am
under the impression that FAT32 is supported:

Note that the -pre1 suffix does suggest that it's under development and
there could be bugs.  That and H. Peter's e-mail, where he notes that
it's a "development preview":
