[syslinux] Problems with PXELINUX falling through to localboot on a HP Proliant DL385

It's weird.

PXE'ing directly into pxelinux.0 works fine. Menu.c32 activates, and
can happily do chain.c32

PXE'ing into gPXE and then chaining to pxelinux.0, or using gpxelinux.0
directly from PXE, yields a weird state where once I select the menu
option for chain32, things seem to hang for about 7 minutes, after which
I get an error about an inability to read the master boot record.

I'm getting the feeling that GPXE and the bios are not getting along
well :-(

Oh, that's weird. Does it work with gpxelinux.0? I could swear I'd
tested that...

I work for Intel. I don't speak on their behalf.
