[syslinux] [gpxelinux] How to use sanboot.c32 to attach a iscsi lun and then boot from CD

Unfortunatly, when i try sanboot.c32 on top of pxelinux.0, it errors 
out with: "sanboot: gPXE API not detected"

I've tried the using the Smart Boot Manager, it works from pxelinux.0 
and gpxelinux.0, but not after you attempt a SANboot.. I know this is 
still in development, so I know I should be patient about it, but I 
would certainly love to get this to work.

I don't really know what a lkrn build is, so I'll have to investigate that.
