[syslinux] Dell Optiplex GX620 keyboard problem

Just out of curiosity/completeness, was this a two-part fix? I can 
reproduce the keyboard problem (using menu.c32) with syslinux versions 
<= 3.61, but it seems to be corrected in versions >=3.62 (in addition to 
3.70+).
