[syslinux] duplicate 'const char *program; ' in extlinux/main.c

Good day Gilles,

You e-mail a patch for Syslinux 3.75.  While that's a good catch, I'm
not sure that patches for 3.75 is where the Syslinux project is
currently at.  I took a look at

c1296fac1a7bbda202f and the problem doesn't appear to be there.
