Hi,

I asked because according to information that I gathered from this list 
and my personal experience USB booting a DOS image using memdisk has 
never worked on IBM laptops. See:

However, I didn't research Toshiba nor do I own one.

You may wish to compile memdisk yourself and uncomment the debug tracer 
line and then to compare the output with the one from my message linked 
above. It might explain whether the problem you are experiencing is the 
same as with an IBM laptop (however, there is no known solution in that 
case).
